Booking Cancellation Conditions:

IF FOR ANY REASON IT IS NECESSARY TO CANCEL A
RESERVATION THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY . . . . .

1) No refund will be made when customer fails to report prior to departure. The full amount will be charged to them.
2) If for any reason it is necessary to cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so. You will in such a case receive a full refund or be able to exchange for another trip.
3) Inability to visit a location, partake in an event or continue a trip because of bad weather or road conditions or unforeseeable event, SNAGBUS can in no way be held responsible or accountable
4) Cancellation within 12hrs will incur a 50% Booking Fee
5) Cancellation within any time less than this will incur full cost of Tour
